The Challenge
A premier institution in India wanted to leverage the full potential of digital marketing for both International and Domestic Intake. The organization was facing the following challenges
- Lack of Integrated online marketing and marketing automation
- Lack of lead management
- Sales process was completely haphazard without proper process
Due to above challenges, the organization lacked proper business Intelligence to ascertain what is work and not work.
The Solution
The initial challenge was to set right and optimize all the owned media such platforms as website, social media, landing pages etc and convert them into effective lead generation platforms. As a next step, I implemented a marketing automation/CRM system that automatically captures leads from both online and offline sources. The system also could provide business intelligence across every touch point which eventually helped the sales team to improve conversion ratio significantly.
